Elite Academy of Dance, which is based at the Meridian Leisure Centre in Louth, held their exam awards presentation at Monks Dyke Tennyson College last week.

All students who took
their dance examinations
in July performed a dance or a couple of exercises
from their exam and were then presented with their marks, certificates, report forms and awards.

All students at the Elite Academy of Dance passed with some fantastic marks in ballet, acro and street dance.

Principal of the dance academy, Lisa Meanwell said: “I’m very proud of
all of my students and
how hard they have worked to gain such fantastic results.”

Hannah White, dance teacher at Elite, added: “It’s lovely to see our students and parents being very proud.

“Their hard work has certainly paid off.”

Students will now be working hard towards their modern theatre and tap dance exams which they will take towards the end of the year.

This will be followed by their annual show which will take place in February 2015 at Louth Riverhead Theatre.
