Lincolnshire Kurling competition is coming up

TEAMS from the Louth and Mablethorpe area are being urged to enter the annual Lincolnshire New Age Kurling competition which takes place in Gainsborough.

More than 15 clubs from across the county have already entered the third annual tournament which is on Sunday, January 22.

There are spaces for more than 20 clubs, and each can enter as many teams of two as they wish.

Last year world champion Clifford Woolass won the competition, and he will be entering the competition again this year.

The entry fee for the doubles competition is £10 per team, with two players per team. The competition will take place at West Lindsey Leisure Centre on January 22 from 9.30am until 4.30pm.
