Louth Golf Club: Larder drives into captaincy role

Louth Golf Club welcomed in James Larder as the new junior captain for 2016 with the customary Drive-In watched by members, family and friends.

James has been a member at the club for more than four years and plays off a handicap of 12.

He will be supported by Ethan Payne who becomes his vice-captain.

James said: “I am very honoured to become the club’s next junior captain and I can’t wait for the next season.

“Thank-you to everyone for turning out to my drive-in.”

The club offers junior golf lessons during the year from the ages of six upwards through its Passport to Golf programme and starter groups.
