Louth Storm Basketball Club want more women

THE SUCCESSFUL Louth Storm Basketball Club is looking to encourage more people to get involved with basketball and to join their ladies squad.

East Lindsey District Council has worked hard to help Louth Storm develop a thriving male and junior squad and is now also looking to encourage female players to come forward for the ladies squad which is open to all ladies, with fixtures for those over 18.

The ladies basketball team currently consists of 12 players and is looking to expand so they can play more fixtures.

Anyone interested in joining Louth Storm, which trains at Cordeaux School and plays its home matches at the Meridian Leisure Centre, should contact Ben Stevens on 01507 613445 or email ben.stevens@e-lindsey.gov.uk.
