Youngsters from across the area decended on King Edward VI Grammar School for a three day Easter sport camp.
In all 45 children between the ages of eight and 14 went along to take part in a variety of sports including judo, trampolining and king ball.
The camp was run by King Edward’s PE teacher Caroline O’Neill with the help of three students and ex-students.
The children had a fantastic time and the week culminated with an awards ceremony where trophies for winning teams, best sportsman and best sportswoman, amongst others, were handed out.
For anyone who missed out on the Easter camp, there are still spaces available on the summer sports camp which will run for one week from July 29.
The week costs £75 and application forms are available at www.kevigs.org or by calling the school on 01507 600456.
