SUPERBIKES: Samsung Honda in action in Brands Hatch testing

Samsung Honda’s Alex Lowes and Ryuichi Kiyonari were both in action in MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship testing at Brands Hatch today.

Milwaukee Yamaha’s James Ellison posted the fastest time of the day at Brands Hatch in the fourth session as conditions improved at the Kent circuit for the second official test.

The opening sessions took place in wet conditions with Ryuichi Kiyonari, of the Louth-based team, completing just a handful of laps on the Samsung Honda but was in a buoyant mood ahead of the final tests this week.

Kiyonari did make it into the top five in the fifth test session with a time 1.132s off leader Chris Walker.
