The Kenwick men played two separate competitions for their July medal, from either the white or yellow tees.
Phil Jackson had a superb round of 73-7=66; to win the white medal, record the lowest gross of the day and reduce his handicap to 6.
Keiron Spencer Chaplin (7) was the runner-up with a net 71. Billy Wright (2) took third place with a 72 on a countback from Sam Mountain (7).
Mark Ringland, had a great round of 74-6=68 to win the yellow tee medal on a countback from Men’s Captain Jim Cane (10).
All the golf Jim Cane is playing during his captaincy is certainly paying off as he is now back to being a single figure golfer playing off nine.
Mr Consistency Chris Winney (8) took third place with a net 72 on a countback from Harry Wood (16), and Robin Atkin.
On a bright but breezy day, the Kenwick seniors played a stableford for the John King Salver. Gerald Brook (13) won the salver with 37 points. Walt Rogerson (17), came second with 36 on a countback from David Pritchard (23)
