Lincs ECB Premier: Louth face Sleaford test after opening day washout

With no play possible anywhere on the first day of the Readers Lincolnshire ECB Premier League 2016 programme, teams are now looking forward to starting the season again on Saturday.

Louth will hit the road for the second weekend of the campaign when they head south to play Sleaford at London Road.

The away team will be introducing their Australian signing Keaton Critchell, while the hosts are expected to give a debut to South African import Obus Pienaar.

Skegness are expecting their Australian overseas player Ray Jordan to arrive in time for their match at home to Woodhall Spa who will be hoping Sri Lankan international Prasanna Jayawardene will make his return this week.

Bourne and Grantham meet at Abbey Lawn, while Market Deeping make the long journey to Grimsby.

Spectators are welcome at all grounds and scores can be accessed during the afternoon on Total Cricket Scorer and on Twitter @LCBPremLge.
