Louth Samsung Honda team at Donington Park for Superstock 1000 Championship

THE Louth based Samsung Honda team return to Donington Park this weekend for the fourth round of the Superstock 1000 Championship, supporting the World Superbike Championship event at the Leicestershire circuit.

Jason O’Halloran is aiming for his first win of the season in the double header round this weekend; he had set the pace at Oulton Park but crashed out whilst leading the race. O’Halloran is now relishing the challenge of returning to the track he last raced at in 2009 in his first season in the UK.

He said: “I am looking forward to riding Donington Park again as I haven’t been there since 2009 but I really love the track. The Samsung Honda is working really well and we showed that we had the pace last weekend at Oulton Park.

“I want to put the disappointment of the crash in the race there behind me and go all out for our first win of the season this weekend.”
