Presentation night for Binbrook Bowling Club

THE newly formed Binbrook Bowling Club held their presentation night at The Plough Inn.

Chairman Derek Parrott said what a pleasure it was to be involved in running the club and how proud he was with the teams' league results.

Binbrook Lightnings, captained by Peter Wilson, won Division 3 of the LIndsey Marsh League and the second Binbrook team, captained by Terry Rawlinson, won Division 5 of the EBF Grimsby, Cleethorpes League.

Winners of the club competitions were: Plough Inn Men's Singles - Ian Shackleton; Ladies Rose Bowl - Joan Parrott; Charles Vamplew Trophy - Joan Parrott and Ray Shaw; Secretary's Pairs - Trevor Smith and Rose Read.
