Top drivers battle it out at kart GP

THE MSA British Superkart GP was held at Cadwell Park over the weekend..

One of the most extreme forms of motorsport currently running in the UK, the Superkart series attracts some of the best drivers in the sport from the UK and Europe.

Powered by 250cc Grand Prix motorcycle engines and capable of 150mph despite running just two inches off the ground, these machines are some of the fastest to race the Cadwell Park circuit this season.

Reigning British Superkart champion and local Lincolnshire racer Lee Harpham from Grimsby faced tough competition - but he won the Division 1 and Divison 2 races.

Louise Colin from Swindon won the Formula 210 National race and Trevor Roberts from Lurgon won the Formula 250 National.
