FREESTYLE Fitness Alternative Dance and Fitness Studio aim to complete a 24 hour workout in aid of Sports Relief.
The workout will commence at 1.00pm on Saturday March 24 and will end at 1.00pm on Sunday March 25.
The event will consist of workouts which include pole dancing, aerial dynamics, zumba, stretch workouts and dance.
The aim is that at least five people will be exercising at the same time.
