Louth’s Black Horse Brewery will celebrate National Cask Ale Week with two open days over the weekend of September 27-28.
Visitors will be able to see how the brewery’s beer is made on a free brewery tour, the opportunity to taste the ingredients and the finished product.
A wide range of beers will be on offer, including some from neighbouring breweries.
The first drink is free, and the new brewery shop will also be open for those who want to take some ale home with them.
In addition to the range of fine ales, food will be available from a barbecue provided by the Fairfield Cafe, allowing visitors to see how the beer complements local produce.
This will include the launch of a new homemade steak and ale pie, made with the brewery’s very own Mild Midlander Ale.
Find the Black Horse Brewery at 26 Nottingham Court, Nottingham Road, Louth (LN11 0WB). The brewery will be open from 10am to 4pm on both days.
