LIVES music night raises over £650

LAST week’s music extravanganza held in Sutton on Sea was a resounding success, with a sell out crowd of 80 people in attendance.

The event was held on Wednesday, August 24, in aid of Sutton on Sea LIVES First Responders and raised £657.

Acts on the night including Music and Mirth, Paul Andrew, Keith Dave and the Hobo and the GeriPatricks gave their time free of charge, waiving any fees in order to see as much as possible go to LIVES.

Sutton on Sea LIVES co-ordinator, Keith Auvache, said: “Apart from Pauline’s team and all the acts, a lot of other people worked very hard and contributed to making this a success, particularly Tony Powell, and his team of first responder helpers, and of course as usual our local community folk turned up on the evening to support us, so a very big thank you to you all.”
