Man denies his driving caused serious injury to woman in Skegness
A Doncaster man has appeared in court in Boston to face an allegation that he caused serious injury to a woman in Anchor Lane, Skegness, by driving dangerously.
Hanzel Brinsley-Scott, 38, of Sovereign Court, Sprotborough, denied the allegation that he injured Dee
Elliott while driving his Landrover in Anchor Lane on July 10 last year.
He was sent on unconditional bail to stand trial at Lincoln Crown Court with a first appearance on June 7.
