Gainsborough: Driver is fined for having no insurance
A Gainsborough man has been fined after he was caught driving without having an insurance policy.
Richard Mallett, 37, of Brewster Road, Gainsborough, was fined £600, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and his driving licence was endorsed with sixpoints.
He was also charged with driving while using a hand held mobile phone.
