Landlord didn't meet regulations
A landlord from Saxilby has been fined after he failed to comply with licensing and management regulations.
Graham Smith, 45, of Church Road, Saxilby, was ordered to pay a total of £16,500, £2,291.26 costs and £170 victim surcharge.
Breaches included no fire doors and not having enough bathrooms.
