Man failed to provide a specimen of breath
A man from Hemswell Cliff has been banned from driving for 40 months after he failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis without a reasonable excuse after he had driven a vehicle.
Kenneth Smith, 33, of Buchanan Road, Hemswell Cliff, was also fined £80, £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.
