The Petwood Hotel in Woodhall Spa is in line for a top award.

The historic venue is a finalist in the best hotel category in the Select Lincolnshire Awards.

The Petwood faces competition from Doubletree by Hilton Lincloln and The Forest Pines Hotel.

Winners of all categories will be announced at a ceremony at Lincoln Minster School on October 9.
