Thumbs up for pub and restaurant plan for Skegness football pitch

A plan to build a restaurant and public house on the site now used by Skegness Town Football Club has won '¨the support of local councillors.

Marstons Inns and Taverns have applied for planning permission as part of the development with Aldi on the Burgh Road pitch, which is being moved to Wainfleet Road Playing Fields.

Mr C Pitchforth, extension to existing dwelling to provide two bay windows, 2 Burdett Close, Skegness;

Miss S Curry, rear extension to existing factory at Hyprotect Ltd, Hassall Road, Skegness;

Mr P Remblance, erection of 10 artificial palm trees to a maximum height of 3.65m around existing go kart track at Big Kidz Karting, Tower Esplanade, Skegness;

Mr D Wann, Croft Marsh Ltd, erection of one block of four apartments, one block of three houses, one block of three houses with an attached single garage, with associated garages, (total 10 ) which is an amendment to a plan previously approved for Beacon Park off, Churchill Avenue;

Croft Marsh Ltd, outline, erection of 13 dwellings on land adjacent to Rothlin in Everingtons Lane.
