Woman sentenced after taking carving knife into Louth hospital

Pacha Durman, 54, of Grosvenor Way, Louth, has been discharged conditionally after taking a carving knife into Louth County Hospital's Urgent Care Unit on August 10 last year.

She pleaded guilty at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on November 24 last year, and was sentenced at the same court on July 5.

Durman was given a two year conditional discharge, and she was ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

The carving knife was confiscated and destroyed.
