An Alford man has admitted breaking the conditions of his bail, whilst facing a charge of making an indecent or grossly offensive telephone call.
Kirk Fairfield, 27, of Caroline Street in Alford, was charged with making the malicious phone call to a man and a woman from his home on December 9 last year.
Following this charge, Fairfield was granted bail which included conditions not to contact either of his alleged victims, directly or indirectly.
On January 8, Fairfield attended the address of one of the alleged victims and was arrested two days later. In court, on January 10, Fairfield admitted the breach.
Fairfield was re-admitted to bail, and case has now been adjourned until January 20 at Skegness Magistrates’ Court.
