Two people accused of stealing almost £140,000 are to face trial in front of a jury at Lincoln Crown Court.

Bernadette Emerton, 58, and Terrance Suckling, 68, both of Bourne Road in Alford, pleaded not guilty to the theft of £139,430 from Northgate Property Management Ltd between June 2006 and January 2013.

Recorder Graham Huston adjourned the case for a trial to be held at the Crown Court in April 2016, and granted each of the defendants unconditional bail.
