Wednesday bingo sessions held fortnightly at Louth Hospital Club has raised £2,000 for Louth LIVES.
The bingo activities are organised by Dot Chapman and Ros Shufflebottom, alongside a small group of helpers.
Stephen Hyde, fundraising and marketing manager for LIVES said: “Dot and Ros have been raising funds for LIVES locally for a long time now. It was a massive shock to find out we were going to receive £2,000. A massive thank you goes out to everyone whose helped to raise these funds, it provides extremely vital equipment for us.”
The money was handed over by one of the bingo sponsors, Kevin Woodthorpe of Woodthorpe Bodyworks of Louth.
