Breaking: Council rejects new homes on Covenham pub site
East Lindsey planning committee members have today (Thursday) rejected an application to build three homes on the site of the New Plough pub in Covenham.
After hearing from speakers for and against the plans, and following a heated subsequent debate, councillors voted 7-2 to refuse the proposals.
As reported previously, the plans had been recommended for refusal by an ELDC planning officer.
