Council says no to £50 million Mablethorpe development plan

COUNCILLORS have rejected the LB Mablethorpe application for a £50 million re-generation of Mablethorpe.

The plans went before East Lindsey District Council’s planning committee earlier today (Thursday).

LB Mablethorpe, a venture between Lindum Developments and J Breheny Contractors, made plans for a new supermarket, housing, a restaurant, petrol station and care facility on land off Golf Road.
