A series of free events to support East Lindsey-based businesses kicks off in Horncastle next week.
The Rural Lincolnshire Enterprise Hub skills programme, supported by East Lindsey District Council, will help businesses navigate upcoming changes in employment, while also equipping them with essential skills to grow their businesses.
The events are hosted by East Lindsey businesses and provide the perfect opportunity for local enterprises to learn more about upcoming employment legislation and hone management and communication skills, providing the tools to transform their teams and organisations.
The first sessions, in partnership with ACAS, take place at Mortons Media Group next Tuesday, April 19.
Employment Law Update will update on key changes to employment legislation, helping local businesses remain compliant, reduce risk and steer clear of potential financial penalties.
Holding Workplace Investigations aims to enable businesses and their management teams to conduct a fair internal investigation, essential for good practice disciplinary and grievance handling.
On May 4 and 5, businesses can get a taste of how NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) as a practical psychology can provide them with the tools to lead, motivate and transform their businesses.
This two-day workshop will be hosted at Micronclean in Louth.
All events are free for eligible East Lindsey-based businesses, although places are limited so booking is essential.
