Pub opens again

After being closed for almost five years the village pub in Goulceby, the Three Horse Shoes, has been extensively refurbished and re-opened under new owners, Ian and Denise Peet who held a grand opening night to launch their new business. They are hoping to attract more walkers.

The couple had first improved the facilities for the pub’s camp site which opened last summer before refurbishing the licensed premises and earlier this year they invited local residents along before they opened to ask what they would like to have available at their village pub. One of the requests was for coffee to be served and this has been added to the facilities they are offering with Stokes of Lincoln coffee to be available all day with home made cakes and scones too.
