THREE villages will step back in time for a special exhibition this autumn.
Carltons in 1861 will be held on Sunday September 25 and will feature exhibitions in Great Carlton Church and village hall.
There will be maps of Castle, Great and Little Cartlon showing hwo they looked in 1861 and an historic village walk in Great and Little Carlton.
People can viist the forge, see a Victorian cart and pony and trap and there will be Victorian childrens games.
The day has been organised to show people what life was like in the villages at that time when the population was booming and there were many trades practised in the villages.
The event will raise money for the Air Ambulance, NSPCC and the Royal British Legion.
