Cash and adhesive stolen during break-in at Home Care Centre in North Thoresby

Thieves stole cash during a burglary at Thoresby Home Care Centre in North Thoresby, near Louth.

PCSO Sally Read of the Louth Rural Neighbourhood Policing Team said the break-in at the bsuiness in the village square happened overnight last night (Tuesday night).

The thieves mabaged to break-in through the front door of the building and stole the cash from the till as well as three tubes of adhesive.

The same night, thieves also got into a number of vehicles and a garage in Station Road in the village which police say were left unlocked.

The incidents come less than two days after three metal gates were stolen from houses in the High Street and Mumby close in the village.

Police have made an appeal for information about Tuesday night’s incidents and have asked anyone with information to call 101 quoting incident 62 of July 10.
