Cash stolen from Mablethorpe pub in overnight burglary

Money has been stolen from a gaming machine in a Mablethorpe pub in the early hours of this morning (July 11) after it was targeted with a crowbar.

The pub on Mablethorpe High Street was burgled at around 1.40am today (July 11), after the offender forced entry to the front door.

The offenders then stole coins from a gaming machine after targeting it with a crowbar.

CCTV has captured the offender, who is described as a man wearing a hooded top and light coloured adidas jogging bottoms. The image is not yet available for release, but will be issued as soon as possible.

Any witnesses who saw a man carrying a crowbar in the Tennyson Road/High Street area in the early hours of Friday can contact PC Springall at Lincolnshire Police by calling 101, quoting incident number 59 of July 11.
