EAST Lindsey District Council is continuing its efforts to bring better broadband connectivity to homes and businesses in the district - but needs people’s help.
The council says for the area to get better broadband connections, they need to be in a position to demonstrate the need and local people are being asked to register their interest online at www.onlincolnshire.org
A council statement said: “Fast broadband is vital to business growth; it enables local residents to access online services and young people can download learning materials. That’s why Onlincolnshire, the project behind this initiative, wants to ensure that Lincolnshire’s not left behind as we move into the digital age.”
Portfolio holder for Economic Regeneration, Councillor Craig Leyland said: “It will take less than five minutes to show your support for improved Broadband campaign and the results will hugely benefit local residents and business across East Lindsey.
“Please take the time to support this important initiative.”
