Fire crews and a specialist animal rescue team rescued a Shetland pony that had become stuck in Louth on Friday morning.
Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue said the horse was stuck in the grating of a ‘food manger’ in Legbourne Road.
Fire crews and a specialist animal rescue trained crew from Louth arrived at 9.23am and used Holmatro pedal cutters to release Poppy, the stricken shetland pony.
