Mablethorpe couple to appear at crown court for drug allegations

A Mablethorpe couple have been sent to Lincoln Crown Court on drugs charges.

District Judge Toms declined jurisdiction when the couple – Lyndsey Mayfield,24, and Sean Scorer,29, both of Golden Acre, Mablethorpe – appeared before her at Skegness Magistrates Court.

Mayfield and Scorer both face allegations of possession of drugs and being concerned in the supply of amphetamines and methylethycathinine (known as emcat).

In addition to these allegations, Scorer also faces a further allegation of possession of cannabis.

They gave no indication of pleas at this time.

The Judge has adjourned both cases until May 15 for committal to the Crown Court at Lincoln.

They were both granted unconditional bail.
