Police investigating thefts from three cars in Holton le Clay and two garages in Tetney

Three vehicles parked in Holton le Clay were broken into overnight on Saturday night, with items including cash, satellite navigation systems and an MP3 player stolen.

Lincolnshire Police have reported a number of incidents in the Holton le Clay and Tetney area over the weekend.

The vehicles were parked in Edinburgh Drive and it is believed that two of the three were left unlocked.

Meanwhile a garage in Louth Road in the village was broken into between 10pm on Saturday and 8am on Sunday, with thieves stealing items including a Claud Butler mountain bike in silver and black, a drill and alcohol.

A garage in North End Road in Tetney was also broken into between 2pm on Saturday and 7.30am on Monday.

Thieves drilled the lock to get inside and stole tools before making a getaway.
