Three men have appeared before magistrates at Skegness charged with daytime poaching near Louth.

Shane Fury, 21, of Moss Lane, Styal, Cheshire; John Alan Gilmore, 43, of Bro Trichrug, Cilcennin, Wales and Andrew Patrick Lee, 20, of Duchy Road, Salford all denied trespassing on land at Austen Fen Farm, Grainthorpe on September 13, in search or pursuit of game, woodcock, snipes or conies, when they appeared in court on November 27.

A fourth man, Thomas Evans, 57, of Meadowbank, Holywell, Clwyd, failed to attend.

The magistrates adjourned the cases against all four men for a trial on February 19.
