Crown court date for man alleged of street dealing in Mablethorpe

A 34-year-old Skegness man has appeared at Skegness Magistrates Court on charges of street dealing in drugs in


Dean Harris of Sandbeck Avenue, Skegness, entered no plea when the allegation of possessing 4.32 grams of heroin with the intent to supply on April 20 was put to him in court.

It was said that he had 35 wraps of heroin in his possession when found on the street.

Magistrates at Skegness have ruled that this particular case was not suitable for a summary trial.

Harris will now be committed to Lincoln Crown Court on July 5 for trial that will take place at a later date which is to be confirmed.

Until his appearance at Lincoln Crown Court, Harris has now been remanded on conditional bail.
