Directors wanted for Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is looking for two new non-executive directors to join its board.

The organisation is the biggest provider of mental and social health care services to the community of Lincolnshire and carries the responsibility of just under 2,000 staff, 45,000 service users a year and a £100 million annual budget.

The board is looking for the new recruits to ideally have experience in accountancy expertise and significant commercial acumen. They must also have a passion for mental health and wellbeing,

Eileen Ziemer, trust chairman, said: “Our non-executive directors play a vital role in the running of our services. We are looking for an experienced individual to join us at what is undoubtedly a challenging, but exciting period for the NHS”.

The role of non-executive director includes contributing to the overall strategy of the trust, scrutinising performance and ensuring financial controls, governance and assurance systems across the organisation are robust. They must also work in partnership with the Council of Governors whom represent trust members.
