East Barkwith village fete raised £900

The annual East Barkwith village fete was held by kind permission on Richard and Anne Stamp in a field off the Louth Road to raise funds for the village hall and the programme include terrier racing and a dog show with classes for the dog the judges would like to take home, the dog with the waggiest tail and the best in the show.

Dog agility classes were running during the afternoon and there were games and competitions, a raffle and a tombola with members of East Barkwith Women’s Institute serving welcome cups of tea and cakes which they had donated.

The total raised was in the region of £900.
