A CHARITY fun day was held on Cordeaux School field and raised £4,459.

It was organised by Stacie Burton and Lee Watts, whose daughter Ellie-Mae was born with Down’s Syndrome and a trioventricular septal defect, a serious heart condition.

They organised the event to support the Children’s Heart Unit in Leeds where Ellie-Mae is treated and the Downs Syndrome Association.
