THE M&Co store in Louth has raised £2,485 for Cancer Research UK.
The fashion retailer has been working tirelessly to fundraise for the charity since 2008. Nationwide the company has raised a mammoth £850,000.
A variety of fundraising activities have taken place and included the retailer becoming a donation station for the month of October in 2011. This saw customers donating their quality unwanted clothes in M&Co stores for Cancer Research UK and receiving a £5 voucher in return to spend in any M&Co store or online on purchases over £35. More than £50,000 was raised through the donation station activity.
The money will help pay for scientists, doctors and nurses at the centre of life saving research.
