PEOPLE will be able to find out more about this year’s Wolds Words festival at an event on Saturday, October 8.
The team behind the annual festival of reading, writing and performance will be manning a stall in Louth’s Cornmarket from 11am to 3pm.
Those visiting the stall will be able to pick up a brochure about the festival, chat to co-directors David Lambert and Sara Bullimore about the events and have a go at a quiz where they can win tickets.
The festival runs from October 19 to 23 and those taking part include performance poet John Hegley, TV gardening expert Alys Fowler, financial guru Ray Boulger, Lincolnshire Poet Laureate Joel Stickley and musicians Penguin Café.
Wolds Words, which centres on Louth and Alford, is organised by Lincoln-based cultural solutions in partnership with East Lindsey District Council.
