Five Mablethorpe men have appeared at Skegness Magistrates’ Court following a violent incident in Mablethorpe’s High Street.

Daniel Hawkins Dudley, 19, of Victoria Road, Josh Simpson, 18, of St Andrews Road, Kyle Talland, 19, of Faldos Way, Joshua Woods, 20, of Wellington Road and Matthew John Ogden, 21, of St Andrews Road, all face allegations of causing an affray on February 15.

In addition Simpson, Woods and Ogden face allegations of causing grievous bodily harm to Matthew Rumney on the same date.

Talland denied the charge against him whilst all the others entered no pleas.

All five were sent for trial at Lincoln Crown Court with a first hearing on November 18. They were granted conditional bail and forbidden from contacting each other.
