THE 30th annual Lincolnshire Waes-hal will take place at Skidbrooke Cyder Co in January.
The event is a pagan celebration held to encourage a good crop of apples.
It will be held at the cider company in Skidbrooke on Sunday January 15 from 11am.
A bonfire will be lit to symbolise the ‘heat and light’ of the coming season and the Grimsby Morris Men will dance around the orchard.
There will then be food and more entertainment at the Prussian Queen pub, including a plough play and folky sing-a-long.
