Biggest coffee morning

LOUTH Garden Centre is supporting Macmillan Cancer Support’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning this month by offering customers free tea and coffee for a donation to the charity.

There will be a coffee morning at the garden centre in Legbourne Road on Friday September 30 from 9am until 12noon.

Jane Allen-Chilman, Manager of the garden centre on Legbourne Road in Louth, said: “We are hosting the event as part of Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning, which is taking place nationwide. We will be providing free tea and coffee between 9am and 12noon and inviting customers to make a donation to the charity.

The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is Macmillan Cancer Support’s flagship event.

Last year more than 43,000 official coffee mornings were held, raising more than £8million for the charity. This year Macmillan is hoping to raise even more money.
