The Louth Rural Neighbourhood Policing Team are appealing for witnesses for a non-stop RTC incident in Provost Road, Manby.

At around 1:30pm on Thursday (August 13) a vehicle collided with a parked car and caused damage to it.

The driver then drove away from the scene without passing insurance details to the owner of the damaged vehicle.

Police sources state that a dog walker in his mid 40s was seen in the area walking a black/white Collie breed of dog, and may have witnessed the collision.
