Alford Craft Market Centre is hosting a series of children’s craft classes that will be taking place over the Easter holidays.
Kicking things off on Saturday, April 8, will be a children’s pottery class, from 10.30am to noon.
The class is suitable for kids aged between six to 14 and is £5 per child. Enjoy learning about clay and get to make useful pencil holders.
On April 10, there will be a class where you’ll get to make fimo clay flumps, cookies, French fancies and doughnut buttons.
It will be held from 10.30am to 12.30pm. Again entry is £5 for per child, suitable for ages six to 14.
Or why not take part in a decoupage workshop on April 12, from 2pm to 4pm. This workshop is open to anyone, children and adults.
Boxes are included, but please bring along your own paper to decorate it with, whether it be comic book pages or wrapping paper.
Then finally on April 15, there will be a ceramic sculpture workshop. Again for children and adults, aged eight and over. Why not bring a photograph along to inspire you. It is £25 per person to take part in this class.
At all of these events, children under the age of eight must be accompanied by an adult.
