LIVES charity ball at Kenwick Park Hotel

Glamour, exclusivity and entertainment will all be part of LIVES charity ball next month, during a not to be missed evening at Kenwick Park Hotel, Louth.

Taking place on October 10 from 7.30pm, the event sponsored by Barclays, eDynamix and Scotts, is expected to be a sell-out, with only six tables left to purchase.

Special guests will be in attendance on the night, including the event’s compere Rob Underwood of BBC Radio Lincolnshire, and actor Ben Keaton, who has starred in a number of well-known TV productions including Father Ted, Emmerdale and Casualty. During the evening, Ben will be treating guests to a special stand-up performance.

Fundraising officer, Stephen Hyde, said: “We are really excited to be part of such a special event and we are certain our guests will have a wonderful time.

“The ball is a fantastic way for us to raise funds and awareness of what we do, and the amazing volunteers who make our life-saving service possible. We hope the evening is a success and we look forward to seeing many friends of LIVES in attendance.

Guests will enjoy a three-course meal, reception drinks, coffee and top entertainment throughout the ball. As part of the celebrations there will be a charity auction and a raffle sponsored by Thurlby Motors, alongside live music from the band Groove Town.

Funds will be raised to help the charity continue its vital lifesaving work, undertaken by volunteers who train to become medics and first responders in their own time.

When an emergency 999 call is made, LIVES are mobilised at the same time as an ambulance. LIVES are able to get on the scene as they have a network of volunteers across the county, and give first aid in the minutes before the ambulance arrives. The charity has, and continues to, save hundreds of lives.

LIVES is celebrating its 45th anniversary this year - making 2015 a fantastic time for local people to come along to a fantastic evening and support the charity.

Tickets for the ball are £35 and expected to sell out fast. If you don’t want to miss out on this event, contact 01507 525999 or email at For further information, please visit:
