MANY local residents have expressed an interest in looking round Louth Town Council’s new home at the Sessions’ House in Eastgate.
There will be the opportunity to do just this on Friday September 9 when the Victorian building will be open as part of the town’s contribution to Lincolnshire Heritage Open Day.
Local Blue Badge Guide Jean Howard will be at the Sessions’ House to conduct two guided tours and explain the history behind the council’s interesting collection of paintings, including the unique Brown’s Panorama.
These take place at 11am and again at 1pm. She will also be on hand from 10am to 3pm to chat to visitors to the historic building.
Entry is free and there will be a warm welcome for local visitors.
