The completion of roadworks at the Newmarket and Upgate crossroads in Louth has been delayed.
Work was due to have been finished resurfacing the road this weekend, but had to be postponed because of heavy rain.
Lincolnshire County Council say resurfacing work and painting of lines is due to take place this coming weekend, weather permitting.
The new trafic lights at the crossroads will then be switched on.
The work has been going on for the last four weeks.
